Fred Straeter, a South­ern Cal­i­for­nia native and res­i­dent of Palm Springs, is a grad­u­ate of Pep­per­dine Uni­ver­sity with a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence Degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion and earned a JD Law Degree. Fred has been actively involved in all facets of the South­ern Cal­i­for­nia real estate busi­ness for over 35 years. His activ­i­ties have included mar­ket­ing, prop­erty man­age­ment, leas­ing, com­mer­cial financ­ing and devel­op­ment. Fred as a Part­ner devel­oped the Palms to Pines shop­ping cen­ter in Palm Desert on the south east cor­ner of High­way 111 and El Paseo in the late sev­en­ties. He  has devel­oped, leased and man­aged in excess of 500,000 square feet of retail and office prop­er­ties in South­ern California.
